Spa Amenities
All Spa services 30 minutes or greater include the use of Spa robes, slippers, towels, lockers, showers and dry saunas. Synergy is not responsible for loss or damage of personal property. Please leave valuables at home.
Treatment Contraindications
For health and safety reasons, any client with heart or circulation problems, high blood pressure, diabetes, pregnancy, under medication or any other health issue/injury should consult with their physician before receiving any Spa treatment. It is recommended that pregnant women do not receive massage until the second trimester. They should not receive body wraps or any treatment that involves excessive heat.
Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our many guests and limited availability, guests who book appointments and cannot join us for their scheduled appointment will have a full spa credit at the spa. We do not provide refunds for cancelled appointments. All service sales, retail sales and gift certificate sales are final, with no refunds. Should you not wish to redeem a gift certificate you can apply your spa credit towards spa retail items. If appointment made to redeem your spa gift certificate is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, your spa treatments and your spa gift certificate will be forfeited. Full fee is due for cancellations on "same day" appointments. A credit card guarantee or gift certificate number is required on all appointments. Thank you!
Refund Policy
No Cash Refunds. Store credit will be issued on all products with receipt within 30 days. No exceptions.
Minors
Spa recipients must be 18 years old or must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian. Minors must leave undergarment on during treatments.

Your copy of our published prices may not be our most current prices. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time and without prior notice.
We endeavor to give you our very best in order to enhance your spa experience with us. We adhere to certain policies to benefit you, our most special guest, and also to benefit our valued therapists. We realize other spas may not share our policies, however, every spa is unique in it's operation and in respecting both your time and our therapist's.
