Spa Amenities
All Spa services 30 minutes or greater include the use of Spa robes, slippers, towels, lockers, showers and dry saunas. Synergy is not responsible for loss or damage of personal property. Please leave valuables at home.

Arrival Time
Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your first appointment so that your session can begin on time. Starting your session on time allows you to receive the full benefit of your complete and unhurried service. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not inconvenienced.  However; you will be charged for the full service.

New Clients
During your initial visit, you will need a few additional minutes prior to you first appointment to fill out some brief paper work.

Gratuities
Our Spa therapists pride themselves in delivering excellent service. Gratuities are graciously accepted and appreciated.

Quiet Enjoyment
As a courtesy to other guests, and to maintain the tranquility of our healing environment, we ask that you turn off your cell phones and pagers upon arrival.

Party Bookings
Wedding & Baby showers, birthday parties and fundraisers are welcomed. Please call us for arrangements.
